graduation... so..... ???
wow... it's been over a month since i last posted an entry... anyways... i shall post something short....
well, today marks the day of my official graduation... went for the graduation ceremony, but even up till now, 5 odd hours after the end of the graduation ceremony, i still don't see what's so important about it...
some say, "it's the celebration of FREEDOM. LIBERATION from your school."
others say, "it marks the official day you complete your course and get your diploma!"
but sadly, i don't share these thoughts or these emotions of celebration with them... so far, from way before, till the actual ceremony, till now, after the ceremony, i still think that it's nothing... i feel that the graduation ceremony is just............ indifferent.
asking myself.... what's the difference between the "free" time i've had since the end of acedemic classes and the "free" time i'm going to have after this graduation ceremony? i'm sure that if i ask anybody, most of them will say something like, "nothing?" or "now i have a REAL diploma?" or something along those lines... really, i see no difference before, during and after the graduation ceremony. i dun see what's so special / important 'bout graduation; i dun sense the excitement within myself (doesn't mean i'm a kill joy to spoil it for everybody.)
