what a week
i am really getting sick of blogging....................... it's been like close to two weeks already............................. well, let's talk about last week.........
we had many rehersals for EDGE, and since i was so free, i was called down for extras..........................haha, anyway, this is what i have been up to through the week......................
on Tuesday, i went to church at like 6pm, but the other two that were supposed to meet me were late...................... one came at 'bout 6.25pm, the other about 6.40pm........................... yah, so i had a long wait..............................yup...................... so anywayz...............the three of us went up to the forth floor auditorium and started to put up all the props, well, we had to do stuff like flushing the walls, and worse still, fixing the walls, so many of them were damaged...................... dunno how it happened.............. yah, then we also did some illigal painting on stage................... why illigal, well, the stage was carpetted and we ere not allowed to dirty it, let alone spilling the paint...................... which actually happened..........................haha, quickly cleaned it up and before long, it was gone haha.........................yup, then we had to mark out the props, like where the bed it, where the sofa is.....................and so on........................ yup, by the time we finished, it was past 10 pm already.............................yup, was very tired........................
on Wednesday, we had a full dress rehersal........................... at first, i wasn't needed to do any backstage work, but in the end, they needed some extra hands to make it smoother............................ so as you guessed, i was asked to do backstage........................haha......................... was kinda busy........................ but in the end, i could relax on the sofa, or better still, sleep on the bed, that is only after the curtains close and the upper stage won't be used any more............................. haha............................................ by the time we ended, it was close to 10pm......................... so i went home to grab a good rest.........
on Thursday.........................haha, rest day...........................................
on Friday, we had a full dress rehersal in church again but before that, i was asked to go SALTing with some other youths......................haha...................we went to J8 and invited as many pple in school uniforms.........haha...............yah, then i had fruitcake for dinner, five slices............................before long, it was time for the rehersals to start..................... this time, before the rehersals, i bought some ice mocha to drink while relaxing on the sofa..................... haha...................................... after the rehersals, we had to strike-set, and keep all the props, got cut while keeping the props.................by what? well, i myself don't even know................... i was like packing, packing, then after most of the stuff were done, i sat on a chair to rest and suddenly noticed the cut on my thumb.....................haha........................ anyway, for today's rehersals, Keith Tang came to take pictures......................... oh! and did i mention what type of cameras he brought....................... it was the professional equipment....................... i was no where near that, but anyhow, i used it as well.....................muahahahaha.................................. it was like paparazi man.............................. i was running ard to take pictures and at the same time, do back stage...........................haha, was straining, but fun, none the less..........................haha................................ after the strike-setting, it was about 10.30pm, so i went for supper before heading home................................................
now, this would be really long...................................... get ready.............................................
on Saturday, *sigh* it was an even longer day for me..................................it was extremely tiring............................ oh my......................... i was in church for like more than half a day........................................ firstly, i had my sectionals......................., it started at 11am, but being my usual self, i am the type that hate pple to be late, and hates to be late myself..........................yah, so i was in church at 10.40am........................................... and when i went into the chapel, i heared pple jamming already, well, it was for EDGE............................ yup, anyhow, i had sectionals til.......................'bout 1pm, then i went to the chapel and jammed til 1.45pm. that was when those serving had to jam to get ready for service.................... so i went to the meeting place and had my lunch............................... yup, i was with jo teh and jocelyn teh................................ they were both studying...................... so as i ate, jocelyn asked me to help her with her math homework..........................so i helped her............................ and boy, i needed some time to get into study mood.................................haha............................. yup, then after that, i had dessert, then another and another and before i kew it, i had about 5 cups of dessert...............................haha then, at 5.15pm, i made my way to the 4th floor auditorium, where everyone from Lcell was, supporting Francesca in her water baptism..........................*congrats( if you are Francesca)*.............................. yup, then we went into green 3 for Lcell.....................and boy was the room nice................... it was transformed ......................................yah, it was the FTV room now.........................haha........................ yup, we had Lcell there..................................... we ended Lcell at roughly.................................. 7.10pm............................. and pre-service prayer have already started!!!!!................................. so i stuffed two baos into my mouth and just ate it as fast as i could.................................... haha............................ *wonder how i looked*.,.......................................... after that, i went in for pre-service prayer at 'bout 7.15pm....................................... started praying for service and i was very excited as we were having a special speaker that night.................................Pastor Mary................................... but she didn't preach................... she just shared with us, the young adults, here life story......................haha........................ when service ended, it was 9.40pm....................... i went for the music min. debrief, then made my way to the auditorium to set up the stage......................................... and boy, i was really tired.............................. but i stilled helped set up......................................... we even did the details like putting up the certs, arranging the oranges..............................haha.................................. when we were done, the time was like 12.30am the next day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....................................haha, so we shared cabs to go home..................................... yup............................
now, this is a continuation as i last left off on Sunday morning 12.30am........................haha, so i went home, had a quick shower, then went to bed................................i wook up in the moring at 8am, couldn't carry on slleping................ it was my habit to wake up early......................yup, so i checked my mail, then i got ready for the BIG THING: EDGE...............................yup............................................ went early to help the deco pple, then had to take video too...................haha..............................well, after both shows, i was beat....................as in really tired.........................but i decided to go for supper with the music min pple........................haha............................. well, all i had was dessert., ice-kachang.......................haha.......................yup, then out of the blue, bro victor asked me who i liked...........................well, i was taken back for a while before i tried to smoke the question off..........................haha........................... but of course, i still enjoy the time spent with them............................. after that, i headed home at 11.30pm...................... was kinda late, but i didn't care..........................why, because i had no school!!!hahahahahaha....................so that was my week...........haha.......................

i dunno what to say............
woah............................ it's been a long day man....................................... firstly, i went to the practice today for EDGE.......................... yah, it was the tech-run, so i had to help carry walls from the basement to the audi on the 4th floor................................... was kinda tricky the first time, dunno if the wall would be able to go up the narrow stairway....................... after that, i helped to set up the walls, which we stopped halfway for prayer.....................yup, we had a powerful time of prayer for the event.......................yah.................. then, i also took photos for the props and for deco. it was interesting but a rush though...........................anyway, have to go print it out asap............................ only have less than a week to the actual event from now..........................................
at about 1645, i hitched a ride from a friend to the airport to see josh off................................................ have known him for like more than half a decade............................. used to be very close friends when we were younger, but after we got into Youth, i never really kept in touch with him and yah, our friendship went into a standstill (or worse still, a drop).................................... i didn't really talk to him ever since we got into Youth, in fact, i dun really talk to anyone since i got into youth, well, some says that i'm shy..................... but i dun even know why myself............................................ anyway, most of the time, i would only say "hi" to josh, but i never took some time to talk to him............................................. yah, at the airport, i had mixed thoughts...................... i really dunno how to put it, but it is as though i know him, and yet i dun really know him at all...................... and through it all, i just dunno what to say........................... i was filled with thoughts and it was like i needed to catch up with him some time, but he was going off to Melbourne to study......................................... we went down to BK and lots of pple from church were there..................................... at that point of time, i just didn't know what to do, i was struck by the reality that a once-close friend of mine was leaving....................................... at BK, i really wanted to have a brother-to-brother talk with josh, and yet i wanted him to spent this final moment of goodbyes with his closer friends.............................. i really didn't know what to do or what to say.......................... so in a distance, i looked at him and just wondered who i was to him................................... once, a close friend during the childhood.....................now, i don't know if it's the same.......................................and also, i really don't know what to do or say...........................emotions were high, but i just hid it all away, and yes, josh is a true friend at all times.......................he has made an impact in my life and i know that deep within my heart, he will alwaays remain a faithful friend of mine............................

what a feast
wow, just got back from dinner................................ it was a sumptuous 9 course chinese meal.......................................... wow, it was supernice i tell you.................................. we had everything, from suckling pig to sharks fin................................... the money was also very nice............................................ $950.00 , plus minus..............yah, somewhere about there............ and it was for my family, my grandmother and 3 uncles................................all from my mother's side...................................... yah.......................................... best of all, my dad was the one giving the treat.............................................. not that my family is rich but my dad paid $1000 and asked them to keep the change.................................... yah, how generous right? HAHA you fell for my trap................................... my dad had 12 $100 vouchers to eat at that restaurant................................. so in total, there was $1200 worth......................... but since they were all in $100 vouchers, my dad didn't expect to receive the change.......................haha............................................... he never did pay a single cent............................................. we just handed them 10 vouchers............................... yah...................................... haha.................................but anyway, it was a wonderful dinner...................................

it has been a very good day............................... went to church at 1pm, had a good lunch with a good can of drink........................................ then i went to help do deco.................................. couldn't find the person with the storeroom's key........................................... but itis good to have pple working in church as a friend...........yah, met Bro. Robin and he opened the storeroom for us..............................................yeh....................... then at four, we had a preview of the whole concert...................................... but we, the deco pple, went up late and missed a big part of it............................................... then we had a breifing before we went to Orchard to S.A.L.T. and invite pple to E.D.G.E............................................. then after that, i went to have dinner with Jorden, Yvette, Grace, Gracia and Charmaine at KFC...........................was very good....................................and boy do time fly................................by the time we were done, it was already 8.15pm...................... so Jorden and me went off first........................................... yup, that was all that happened today

another day in church
wow!!! time flies man.........................went to church today at 12noon again....................................... supposed to help Pastor Poh, but in the end, i was doing the banner together with ong shihui, darren, dinah...........................erm.......... and me lah! haha................................then at about 5.30pm, dinah and me went to get some snack for them........................ then............................. i had Lcell................... interesting gel..................... must do it more often..................................haha, yah........................then we were treated to some ice-cream as it was Josh's last official Lcell............. so sad, then he would be going to Australia to study in a week's time.................................... we ended at like 9.45pm, then i went to help with the baner again, but my dad wanted to pick me up, so i let early.................................ok, that is all for todae
