He who covers over an offense promotes love,
but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends.

well, it's quite an interesting verse, come to think of it... just read it a few days back, and now, i come across it again as the verse of the day from biblegateway.com
it's very ironic that this statement is so true... went to do some research on this verse, and here are some interesting facts i came across...
A commentary says:
The way to preserve peace is to make the best of every thing; not to notice what has been said or done against ourselves.
This commentary got me thinking when it ended with the word "ourselves". I don't know how to explain it here, but yah, kinda struck me...
anyways, just an interesting verse that got me thinking loads, so decided to put it up here... haha... chao!!
