HALLELUJAH!!!
praise the Lord... that's what my title means, and that's what it says... earlier, i went for prayer meeting, then i went to get an ice cream from island creamary... *stop drooling all over my blog please... thank you (haha)* then i walked to the bus stop to wait for my bus.
i waited for about 3 to 10 minutes before i left the bus stop about to take a cab. i took out my hp and looked at the time, it was 2213 already, so i told the Lord, "If my bus doesn't come by 2215, i'll cab." and as faithful as He is, my bus came in 30 seconds' time. so i boarded the bus, 93, and the bus left.
then after a short ride, we met a jam... it happened on the road above the PIE, and it took the bus 10 minutes to travel half that road, then the driver spoke on the phone loudly saying in chinese something like, "Whole of lornie rd jam ah?!" then i expected the worst, cos it was bad! so i called my home and notified my parents, then i prayed.
all of a sudden, the bus turned out of the lane and into the PIE and detoured out at Thomson Road before turning at Macritche, then my stop!!! so cool lah!!! for once, i'm sitting IN a bus which is DETOURING!!! haha... so yah, i managed to cut the whole jam and reach home at 2230 to 2235 ard there, and i really couldn't believe it!!! i was jumping for joy on the way home shouting, "Hallelujah!!! THANK YOU LORD!!! THANK YOU LORD!! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!......." until i walked past the security post and saw both the indian security guards staring at me as though i was crazy, then i decided to keep quite...
i really want to thank God for ALL things, and really, even when you least expect it, ALL THINGS are possible with Him. Amen?
** BTW, if you were wondering what caused the jam, i got some news that a tree fell and blocked all 3 lanes, and the traffic only managed to resume at about 2325 or so. So yup, He did suprise me... HAHA
