temptations
well... so far so good into the new year... had a few miscommuniation with parents but everything should be resolved.... i hope... anyway, yah, facing lots of temptations now.... to do lots of funny things... especially when i'm in school... *sigh* but i'll continue fighting... so far, i've not given in, and i don't intend to give in... THE DEVIL DOESN'T STAND A CHANCE!!!... and once again, i was reminded of 1 Corinthians 10:13 --> No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
yeah... do i hear an Amen??? YEAH!!! just to share, it is just me to keep praying, especially when pple tell me to be praying with them side by side, and i had the temptation not to because i was very tired. i mean, school's reopened and i spend soooo much time on the laptop doing research and presentation. it's just tiring and i just wanted to put the "extra" prayers aside... (BTW, there's no such thing as extra prayer... my body was just trying to give excuses) but i tell you, prayer just makes you stronger... *do i hear another Amen??* haha... yeah, and i tell you, it was just such a wonderful time of prayer and i was totally refreshed... (so if you're tired, PRAY!!!) haha... yeah... and let that verse remind you (and me) that our God will always be there to strengthen us in every situation!!! yeah!!!
ok, i better go... i still got homework to do... have to hand in by midnight... =P
