Camp Trino
whoa... time flies.... my FOP camp [freshman orientation programme camp]/ camp trino is over….. muahhahaha... met alot of ppl there …. from crazy ones to even more crazy ones…haha to my group’s “union” [Scooby] my group is called SPONGEBOB for your info… yah ... it is like one large group lor... and our wonderful, fun, punk-looking, crazy councilors ... oh yah and the other groups’ names: Elmo , Dexter , Flintstone , Popeye , Garfield …. theme was cartoon yah, you might have guessed it by now*
day 1
went to RP in the morning to buy my laptop and reported for camp at 3.15pm... registered at the booth and was asked to join team 1 ... the pple in the group were very cold and quite as it was our first time meeting each other ... but thanks to the student leaders, we began to open up... we had ice breaking games like wacko and caterpillar ... and we “composed” new cheers, was kinda lame but it was ok...by that time, team members started to form cliques and were not that sporting/ enthusiastic/ excited… after our ice breaking games, we went for our dinner... had rice and some ingredients... we cheered before eating.. hahaha.. it’s called the makan cheer .. hahahaha... well, Yichen, Sharon and I were like the cheer leaders of the group…. we were like the leaders of the group… haha after dinner, we went to the sports arena to gather.. hahahaha... we had our games... was really fun…. we had blindfold tug of war, human chess...and other games… there we had our cheer competition… it was then that we had a great idea… we like last min think of using the spongebob intro song..... credit goes to Jing Guo for leading in that song..... after that we got ready to have our nite treasure hunt .. oh.. it’s like the lamest thing the student leaders thought of ... we had our nite hunt at 2 different locations ... one at the main RP building... another one at PHOENIX PARK [the old ministry of home affairs where they keep prisoners and do executions] imagine studying in the prison cell... my team was divided into 2 groups... my group went to the main building first ... it was like... walking in the dark, trying not to make any noise... then the student leaders, pretending to be ghosts, were trying to scare us… lol... they even use newspaper to make paper dolls to scare us……* super lol *....then after that, we went to phoenix park for the second round... oh man.. its like so super eerie lor.... the whole place like a broken down old type building with jail doors ..... luckily no one broke down due to shocks… anywayz it was fun... after that we had our shower *15 min for 10 guys, 4 cubicles... * wonderful * then lights out.at 2am, but because of the stupid air-con, so cold, only slept at 3am, but I still woke up every half an hour….
day 2
woke up at 5am.. thanks to the air-con.. and other ppl snoring.. nvm.. at least i had 2 hrs of sleep... woke up and went to the toilet to take a morning shower, but sadly was stopped by a student leader who told us that wake up has been pushed to 8am, so can only start to shower after 7.15am..... then had breakfast at megabites... * lame name to call a canteen… it’s actually a pun* after breakfast, we had some circuit games at sports arena.. we had the usual camp game... nth much about this section. then after that, we went to prepare for our performance... we decided to do a caroon marathon… haha.... everything went nicely.. =) then after that we proceeded on to our next event à WATER GAMES!!!!!!! YEA YEA !!! ahahahhaa... it was the highlight of the camp lor.. we had so much fun playing with water *RP RICH LA* hahahaha everyone was not wet, but SOAKING!!! then we went to clean up the sport areana and then shower then dinner... which was followed by our performance nite.. hahahahaha... it was ok though... we tried our best lah... ended up quite ok… after that we went to a classroom to play games.. oh man .. we played truth or dare .. no wait.. it was truth AND dare.. hahahaha.. dares were like - smell ppl feet... boy kiss girl/ girl kiss boy.... fun rite.. haha ... kk then after that we went to wash up, it was light’s out… wore double layer, 2 t-shirts, one shorts, one track pants and socks, and well, it turned out ok, cos the student leaders off the air-con after like a few hours…
day 3
woke up later .. woke up at 6am... can sleep longer one, but I auto-wake up at 6am every morning one… but it was like so much more better... rather than sleeping 2 hours only... haha... had a WONDERFUL morning box-cercise workout before breakfast... hahaha we also had a mass dance.. for ONE HR!!! then we went for breakfastat about 10am... had macdonalds *thats how rich RP is la* haha, then I booked out early…… went home, shower and change, then went to Mache Hereen for EDGE celebration…. followed by grad’s hi-tea…. Yah……ok…..
